Recent National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model consensus point to a sunny Saturday with morning patchy fog giving way to clear skies, supporting highs in the upper 70s to mid-80s across Los Angeles stations. Marine layer moderation and light southwest winds are expected to cap intensification, aligning with the market's emphasis on 80-81°F and 78-79°F bins. These outcomes reflect current guidance showing limited afternoon heating compared to hotter historical analogs, while the lower probability for 82°F+ accounts for possible model spread or slight inland warming. Updated NHC and local briefings over the next 48 hours will refine resolution criteria tied to official downtown or airport readings.
