Official forecasts from Environment Canada project a high of 23°C for Toronto on September 15 under mostly cloudy skies with southerly winds, aligning with the market's leading 23°C outcome at 34.5% implied probability. Recent model runs show limited warming potential due to persistent cloud cover and a 60% chance of showers overnight, capping daytime heating near seasonal averages of 22°C. Key variables include exact cloud thickness, which could suppress or enhance temperatures by 1–2°C, and steering patterns that might allow brief clearing. Trader distribution across 22–24°C reflects typical forecast uncertainty two days out, with updates from the National Weather Service equivalents likely to refine odds before resolution.
