Charles Page of the Parti Québécois holds a narrow lead in trader pricing at 50.5 percent for the Drummond–Bois-Francs seat in the October 5, 2026 Quebec election, followed closely by incumbent Sébastien Schneeberger of the Coalition Avenir Québec at 36 percent and Myriam Cournoyer of the Parti Conservateur du Québec at 4.5 percent. Recent provincial polling aggregates show the riding shifting from a prior CAQ stronghold toward a PQ lean, with projected vote shares placing PQ ahead in the low-to-mid 30s percent range. Page’s August announcement as a local alpinist and advocate for regional youth and sovereignty issues has heightened visibility, while Schneeberger benefits from incumbency and established networks ahead of the September 17 nomination deadline. Cournoyer’s repeat candidacy could split conservative support. These factors sustain the competitive equilibrium reflected in current market consensus.
