Fuerza Popular secured the largest seat share in Peru's April 12–13 Chamber of Deputies election under the restored bicameral system, driving trader consensus near 100 percent as final tallies from the National Office of Electoral Processes neared completion. Keiko Fujimori's first-round presidential strength produced coattails that concentrated support for her party across 27 districts in a fragmented field, where proportional representation amplified the advantage over Juntos por el Perú and smaller groups. Recent National Jury of Elections rulings rejecting opposition challenges have further solidified the outcome ahead of congressional installation. Only extraordinary legal reversals or verified irregularities in remaining districts could alter the plurality, though no such developments have emerged to shift the current market positioning.
