Recent April 2026 reporting confirmed SpaceX assembled an unprecedented 21-bank syndicate for its Project Apex IPO, positioning Goldman Sachs as the frontrunner with active bookrunner status alongside Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and Citigroup. Goldman’s 64% implied probability stems from its extensive deal execution track record and co-planning role in post-float structuring, while Morgan Stanley’s 26.5% share reflects its longstanding Musk relationship and recent leadership additions like Michael Grimes. Bank of America’s smaller 10.6% slice aligns with its junior bookrunner position, and the remaining banks trail at under 1% due to limited senior mandates. With the roadshow eyed for June, traders are monitoring any shifts in lead-left designation that could still alter final allocations before pricing.

If no IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or SpaceX completes an initial public offering without a designated lead underwriter, this market will resolve to “Other.”
If multiple banks are identified as lead underwriters, this market will resolve according to the primary lead underwriter. If the hierarchy between them is unclear, this market will resolve once it is conclusively evident which bank is the primary lead underwriter, for example, through the order in which the banks are listed in the underwriting section of SpaceX’s final initial public offering prospectus, once released.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official disclosures from SpaceX. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
