Forecast models from the Korea Meteorological Administration and global ensembles indicate Busan’s overnight low on September 21 will settle near 19–20 °C under clear skies and light northeasterly flow. Radiative cooling after sunset, combined with dew points in the mid-teens and minimal cloud cover, supports this range, while historical late-September climatology places typical minima around 18–20 °C. Slight model spread in boundary-layer mixing and local urban heat effects keeps the exact minimum uncertain between 17 °C and 18 °C, explaining the tight market-implied odds. No frontal systems or precipitation are expected to alter the cooling trajectory before official minimum readings are recorded.
