PAM leads trader consensus at 70% implied probability to secure the most seats in Morocco's September 23 legislative elections for the 395-member House of Representatives, reflecting its recent candidate nominations, high-profile defections including Fouzi Lekjaa, and a detailed campaign program emphasizing job creation, purchasing power, and youth integration. The ruling coalition of RNI, PAM, and Istiqlal faces public discontent over living costs and employment, with low youth voter registration adding uncertainty ahead of the vote. RNI trails at 14.5% amid leadership transitions and coalition strains, while smaller parties like PJD, PI, and others register single-digit probabilities consistent with fragmented opposition and historical seat distributions favoring established formations. The six-day campaign window centers on regional mobilization and policy pledges tied to infrastructure ahead of the 2030 World Cup.
