Official forecasts from Singapore’s Meteorological Service highlight prevailing Southwest Monsoon conditions and below-average rainfall through the first fortnight of September, supporting daily maximum temperatures of 33–35°C on most days and a chance of slight exceedances. These dry, occasionally windy patterns favor stronger afternoon heating compared with typical September averages near 31.6°C, positioning 33°C as the market’s leading outcome at 65.5% implied probability. Recent model runs and historical analogs for early-September dry spells reinforce the 32–34°C cluster that dominates trader sentiment, while lower-probability extremes remain unlikely absent major forecast revisions before September 3.
