Recent NOAA and regional model consensus points to clear skies and light northerly flow over Seattle on September 16, favoring radiational cooling under high pressure and yielding an overnight minimum in the low to mid-50s°F. Dew points near 50°F and minimal cloud cover will limit further drops, while historical September averages near 53°F provide context for the tight market clustering around 52–55°F outcomes. Slight model spread in boundary-layer mixing and exact wind speeds keeps adjacent bins competitive, but the absence of incoming fronts or marine pushes supports trader emphasis on the 54–55°F bin as the mode. Updated NWS guidance ahead of the evening hours will refine resolution thresholds.
