Recent model consensus from ECMWF and GFS runs points to a high of 24–25°C in Milan on September 11, following cooler, rain-affected days on the 9th and 10th. A building high-pressure ridge is promoting subsidence and lighter southwesterly flow, with afternoon clearing expected to allow modest solar heating under partly cloudy skies. This setup aligns with early-September Po Valley climatology, where highs typically average near 25°C before seasonal decline. Minor differences among leading outcomes hinge on exact cloud timing, boundary-layer mixing, and any lingering moisture, which official updates through the weekend will clarify. Traders appear to weigh these narrow variables in the closely matched 24–26°C range.
