United Russia maintains a commanding lead in trader assessments for the Leningrad Oblast Legislative Assembly election, reflecting its entrenched position as the dominant party in Russian regional politics. The vote, held September 18–20 alongside national Duma contests, uses a mixed system of 25 proportional seats and 25 single-member districts. United Russia fields the strongest slate, including top regional figures, and enters with 35 of 50 seats from 2021. Other registered parties such as CPRF, LDPR, A Just Russia, New People, and The Greens compete but face structural barriers in candidate registration and voter mobilization. Late developments, including turnout projections above 50 percent, have not altered the established pattern. Only an unforeseen event such as widespread irregularities or a sudden shift in federal alignment could realistically reopen the outcome before resolution.

The number of seats will include all members of the Legislative Assembly of Leningrad Oblast serving as a result of this election, including members elected in a single- or multiple-member constituency or by proportional representation, where applicable.

This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named party. Independents will not count towards any party.
This market will resolve based on the results of this election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official results as reported by government sources of Leningrad Oblast and Russia, including the Election Commission of Leningrad Oblast and the Central Election Commission of Russia.
