Current National Weather Service and model guidance for Miami on September 17 point to overnight lows in the mid-to-upper 70s amid persistent easterly flow, high dew points near 75°F, and scattered to likely thunderstorms that limit radiative cooling. Historical climatology shows average lows near 77°F for mid-September, with recent days featuring similar humid, convective patterns that have held minimums around 78–80°F. The closely matched market probabilities for 76–79°F reflect this consensus while acknowledging uncertainty from exact storm timing, cloud cover duration, and any subtle shifts in wind or moisture that could allow slightly more or less nocturnal cooling before sunrise. Updated model runs and local observations will refine the range ahead of resolution.
