Recent northerly winds advecting warmer, moister air from lower latitudes have driven a warming trend across the Buenos Aires region, positioning 21°C as the leading market-implied outcome at 39% probability. Official Servicio Meteorológico Nacional guidance and multiple forecast models converge on a Thursday maximum near 19–20°C under mostly sunny conditions, with limited model spread supporting the 20°C and 22°C bins. This aligns with early September climatology, where daily highs average 18–20°C amid transitional spring patterns. Traders appear to weigh the potential for localized heating or slight forecast revisions higher, while the approaching cold front and sudestada expected Friday introduce downside risk to the distribution. Updated model runs and final observational data tomorrow will resolve the market.
