Recent National Weather Service forecasts indicate Tuesday's high in coastal Los Angeles will likely reach the mid-70s to around 80°F after morning low clouds and fog clear under southwest winds near 15 mph. This aligns with the climatological average high of 75.7°F for the date and current model consensus showing modest onshore flow without significant warming or cooling influences. Trader focus on the 74-77°F bins reflects the narrow uncertainty band in short-range guidance, with slight differentiation hinging on exact marine layer dissipation timing and local measurement site variations between coastal airports and inland valleys.
