Current National Weather Service and local model consensus for Denver on September 3 points to mostly sunny skies with highs of 89–92°F, supported by light easterly to southerly winds, low humidity around 20–30% in the afternoon, and negligible precipitation chances under 15%. These conditions favor strong daytime heating without significant cloud cover or moisture to moderate temperatures, aligning with the market’s tight clustering around 90–93°F outcomes. Minor forecast spreads arise from subtle differences in projected wind shifts and boundary-layer mixing, while the near-average early-September pattern—following recent dry conditions—keeps extreme deviations unlikely. Updated model runs and afternoon observations over the next 48 hours will refine the exact peak.
