Recent National Weather Service guidance and ensemble model runs indicate a low-pressure system exiting the region by early Monday, allowing high pressure to build and produce mostly cloudy to partly sunny conditions with highs in the mid-to-upper 60s°F. This follows heavier rain on September 13 that suppressed daytime heating, leaving residual marine air and below-normal temperatures relative to the 71°F September 14 climatological average. Forecast consensus across GFS and ECMWF solutions clusters the daily maximum near 65–68°F, supporting the market’s leading 66–67°F and 68–69°F bins while limiting odds for 70°F or higher unless rapid clearing occurs. Updated model runs and NWS forecast discussions expected through the weekend remain the key near-term catalysts.
