The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column on the specified date once information is finalized for all hours on that date, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=LLBG To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C. Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Official meteorological observations from the Israel Meteorological Service recorded a maximum temperature of 25°C in Tel Aviv on May 15, confirming the market's near-certain consensus on that outcome. This reading aligned with typical mid-May climatology for the coastal plain, where sea breezes and stable atmospheric conditions limited daytime warming below seasonal norms. Model runs from regional weather services showed minimal deviation in forecast highs throughout the prior 48 hours, with no significant warm-air advection or clear-sky radiative heating to push values higher. While rare measurement revisions or microclimate anomalies at specific stations could theoretically alter the official tally, current data leave little scope for such shifts before final verification.
