**Official National Weather Service observations confirm a minimum temperature of 68°F in downtown Los Angeles and 69°F at Los Angeles International Airport on September 15, 2026, aligning precisely with the 97.5% market-implied probability for the 68-69°F range.** This outcome reflects typical late-summer marine layer influence and above-normal overnight lows (normal minimum around 64°F), with no significant cooling from offshore flow or clear-sky radiational effects. Traders' strong consensus draws from real-time station data and model consensus favoring stable conditions. Lower ranges remain improbable absent revised station readings or alternative measurement protocols, while higher outcomes are ruled out by the verified overnight minimums.
