Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological models, including those referenced by the Pakistan Meteorological Department and international sources, indicate a maximum temperature of 33–34°C for Karachi on September 19, aligning with the market's leading implied probabilities for those outcomes. This positioning reflects the typical late-September climatology, where average daily highs hover near 32–33°C amid weakening monsoon influences, combined with recent light rainfall on September 16–17 that moderated humidity and temperatures after peaks near 35–37°C. Westerly winds at 4–5 m/s and low precipitation chances support limited daytime heating, though model spreads introduce uncertainty around exact peaks. Traders appear to weigh these stable conditions against historical variability, with probabilities clustering tightly around the consensus range ahead of final observational data.
