Recent polling shows Linke, CDU, AfD, and Grüne clustered within a few points of one another for the September 20, 2026, Abgeordnetenhaus election, with Linke often edging first and the others trading places in the 16–20% range. This narrow spread keeps second-place probabilities tightly contested, as modest swings in turnout or late campaign momentum could reorder the field. The CDU’s recent leadership change to Stefan Evers and ongoing coalition speculation have supported its positioning, while AfD gains and Green stability add further variables. Traders’ near-even pricing across several parties reflects this uncertainty, with any single development in the final weeks capable of separating the contenders.
