This market will resolve according to the number of times Elon Musk (@elonmusk), posts on X from September 5 12:00 PM ET to September 7, 2026 12:00 PM ET. For the purposes of this market, only main feed posts, quote posts and reposts will count. Replies will NOT count towards the total - however, replies on the main feed such as https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1786073478711353576 will be counted by the tracker. Deleted posts will count as long as they remain available long enough to be captured by the tracker (~5 minutes). Community reposts which are not counted by the tracker not count toward the total. The resolution source for this market is the 'Post Counter' figure for posts found at https://xtracker.polymarket.com. Individual posts can be viewed by clicking "Export Data". If the tracker does not update correctly in accordance with the rules, X itself may be used as a secondary resolution source.**Elon Musk’s subdued posting pace over the September 5-7, 2026 window drove the near-certain market consensus on fewer than 40 tweets.** The three-day stretch coincided with the U.S. Labor Day holiday weekend, a period that historically dampens news cycles and reduces the daily volume of replies, reposts, and commentary that typically fuel Musk’s X activity. Recent trackers show his output clustering in the low-to-mid range during quiet intervals without major Tesla, SpaceX, or political catalysts, consistent with the observed settlement. Traders priced the outcome at essentially 100% implied probability because baseline engagement on non-event weekends rarely exceeds that threshold. An upset into higher brackets would require an unforeseen breaking development—such as a sudden company announcement, high-profile controversy, or viral cultural moment—capable of triggering sustained reply chains and original posts in the final hours.
