Recent India Meteorological Department and Met Office guidance for Lucknow on September 13 shows a consensus maximum near 33°C under partly cloudy skies with easterly winds and scattered showers or thunderstorms. Lingering late-monsoon moisture and cloud cover are limiting daytime heating compared with clearer periods earlier in the month, keeping peaks in the low-to-mid 30s. Historical September averages for the city hover around 33°C, and current model runs show little day-to-day shift, supporting the market’s heaviest weighting on 33°C followed by 34°C. Updated short-range forecasts and any overnight convective activity remain the key variables that could nudge the daily high one degree either way before resolution.
