Recent National Weather Service and private forecasts for Miami indicate an overnight low on September 13 in the upper 70s, aligning with the market's leading 78-79°F (37.5%) and 76-77°F (33.0%) bins. Primary drivers include persistently high humidity near 80% that restricts nocturnal radiative cooling, variable cloud cover from scattered thunderstorms, and light southeast winds that moderate temperature drops. Model consensus shows modest variability in exact minimums depending on the timing and coverage of evening convection, which can trap heat or allow brief clearer periods for greater cooling. Historical September baselines for Miami average lows near 76-78°F, providing context for trader focus on small forecast shifts ahead of final observations.
