Recent forecasts from the National Weather Service and other models indicate San Francisco overnight lows near 57°F for September 7, supporting the leading 56-57°F market outcome. San Francisco’s coastal location and persistent marine layer typically moderate nighttime temperatures through cool Pacific air and fog, aligning with the historical average low of 56.1°F for the date. Recent observations show mid-to-upper 50s readings amid stable high pressure and light winds, with no incoming weather systems expected to drive significant deviations. Model consensus favors minimal overnight cooling or warming, keeping probabilities concentrated in the mid-50s range while acknowledging typical forecast uncertainty ranges of a few degrees.
