Clear skies and high pressure over the Pacific Northwest are driving trader focus on Seattle's overnight low for September 17, with models from the National Weather Service and others projecting 52–55°F under light northerly winds and minimal cloud cover. Radiational cooling will be enhanced by dry air and offshore flow, though marine moderation from Puget Sound and any late-night wind shifts could limit the drop. Historical averages near 52.9°F and recent cool early-September conditions set the baseline, while slight model variations in timing or thin high clouds create the spread between mid-50s outcomes and cooler or warmer bins. Upcoming evening observations and updated runs will refine the exact minimum.
