Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Current forecasts from the China Meteorological Administration and supporting numerical models point to a Beijing high near 27 °C on May 18 under light southerly flow and mostly overcast skies, which explains why the 27 °C and 28 °C outcomes hold the clearest trader backing at 31.5 % and 29.0 %. Model consensus remains tight around this range, with modest afternoon warming limited by cloud cover and weak advection; historical May climatology places average daily maxima near 26 °C, so any slight increase in insolation or shift in boundary-layer mixing could push readings toward 28 °C. Key resolution hinges on the final official observation at Beijing Capital International Airport, where even small revisions in the afternoon temperature trace can separate the two leading bins.
