If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the government of South Carolina, including the Election Commission and the government of Charleston County.Darline Graham Nordone holds a commanding lead in trader consensus for the Charleston County portion of South Carolina’s Republican Senate special primary runoff due to her victory in the August 25 contest. Appointed interim senator after her brother Lindsey Graham’s death, she benefited from President Trump’s early endorsement, a Myrtle Beach rally, and heavy super PAC spending on voter outreach. These factors helped her secure broader Lowcountry and Midlands support, including in Charleston County, overcoming attacks on her limited elected experience and debate performance. Ralph Norman, backed by some conservative figures, carried stronger Upstate performance but could not expand his coalition statewide or locally. With results now confirmed, only unresolved vote audits or procedural challenges could alter the outcome before final certification.
