Recent European model runs and official guidance from agencies like the Met Office indicate a mild September day in Amsterdam with daytime maxima likely peaking near 19–20°C under light southerly flow, increasing cloud cover, and scattered light rain that limits solar heating. Persistent high pressure to the east maintains stable conditions without strong advection of warmer air, keeping values close to the long-term September average high of about 19.6°C. Minor differences among leading outcomes hinge on the precise timing and intensity of showers versus any afternoon breaks in cloud, with updated model guidance expected in the next 24–48 hours to refine the peak reading. Traders price the 20°C outcome highest given this narrow forecast spread.
