United Russia maintains a commanding lead in the Kursk Oblast Duma election market due to its status as the ruling party aligned with federal leadership, combined with consistent dominance in prior regional votes where it secured majorities through both party-list and single-member constituency results. The upcoming 18–20 September 2026 vote coincides with national parliamentary elections, reinforcing party organization and candidate visibility under figures like Governor Alexander Khinshtein. Registered opposition parties including CPRF, LDPR, A Just Russia, and New People face structural barriers typical of Russian regional contests, with limited prospects for overtaking the frontrunner. Late developments such as unusual turnout shifts or procedural disputes could theoretically alter seat distributions, though historical patterns indicate these remain low-probability factors in this context.

The number of seats will include all members of the Duma of Kursk Oblast serving as a result of this election, including members elected in a single- or multiple-member constituency or by proportional representation, where applicable.
If the results of the specified election are not definitively known by July 31, 2027, this market will resolve to "Other".

This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named party. Independents will not count towards any party.
This market will resolve based on the results of this election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official results as reported by government sources of Kursk Oblast and Russia, including the Election Commission of Kursk Oblast and the Central Election Commission of Russia.
