The Pernambuco Senate race for first place remains highly fragmented with a dozen confirmed candidates following party conventions in early August. Recent polling from Real Time Big Data shows Marília Arraes (PDT) leading at 29% but with Humberto Costa (PT) and others clustered well behind, leaving substantial room for movement among Mendonça Filho, Eduardo da Fonte, Túlio Gadêlha, and additional contenders. Trader consensus reflected in the tight pricing captures the open field, limited name recognition for many names, and the impact of undecided voters plus potential alliances or withdrawals ahead of the October election. No single candidate has consolidated broad support, and upcoming surveys or last-minute shifts in coalitions could quickly reorder the standings.
