Recent official forecasts from the UK Met Office and GFS model runs indicate a high of 22–24°C for London on September 13, driven by a moderate westerly flow, lingering cloud cover after overnight rain, and limited daytime solar heating. These conditions align with the market's concentration of probability on 23°C (38%), 22°C (24.5%), and 24°C (21.5%), reflecting trader consensus around the expected maximum under current steering patterns and humidity levels near 75%. Historical averages for the date hover near 20°C, but the absence of a strong anticyclone or southerly advection has kept upside limited while ruling out cooler outcomes below 21°C. Updated model guidance through the day will refine exact peak readings ahead of resolution.
