The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Munich Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/de/munich/EDDM. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. This market can not resolve to "Yes" until all data for this date has been finalized. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Recent model consensus from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts and Deutscher Wetterdienst ensembles indicates Munich will experience moderate high pressure with light northerly flow and variable partial cloud cover on May 19, limiting peak solar insolation and keeping the daily maximum likely between 17°C and 19°C at the official Munich Airport station. This tight clustering around the leading 17–19°C outcomes reflects genuine forecast uncertainty in boundary-layer mixing and afternoon clearing timing rather than a single dominant signal. Historical May climatology places typical highs near 18°C, but persistent cool air advection from the north continues to suppress warming relative to seasonal norms. Traders are closely watching the next ECMWF and ICON model runs plus hourly DWD observations, as even modest shifts in cloud timing or wind direction could tip the highest temperature across the narrow 1°C resolution thresholds.
