Diurnal heating under partly cloudy skies can push readings to 33 °C or briefly 34 °C if convective clouds develop later than forecast, while earlier or heavier showers would cap the daily maximum near 32 °C. These short-range uncertainties in cloud timing and rainfall onset explain the closely matched market-implied probabilities, with traders weighing the latest model runs against Singapore’s May climatology of typical highs near 31–32 °C. Updated forecasts and observational data over the next 48 hours will refine the range ahead of market resolution.
