The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Singapore Changi Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/sg/singapore/WSSS. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus on Polymarket overwhelmingly backs 31°C as Singapore's highest temperature on May 13, 2026, reflecting National Environment Agency (NEA) observations and late-day 24-hour forecasts updated at 11:40 p.m. showing a daytime high of 34°C that failed to materialize due to persistent afternoon thundery showers over northern, eastern, and central areas. These inter-monsoon conditions, with light winds and high humidity (60-95%), promoted cloud cover and evaporative cooling that capped solar heating below the 33-35°C range typical for early May. Scenarios challenging this include an unexpected evening clearance allowing residual warming, though minimal with the sun set; final NEA daily records, usually updated post-midnight, will confirm resolution.
