United Russia holds an 85.2% implied probability of winning the most seats in the September 18–20 Tver Oblast Legislative Assembly election, far ahead of other parties listed below 3%. The ruling party fields candidates across all 20 single-mandate districts and tops the proportional list, backed by the acting governor and aligned federal structures. Other registered parties, including LDPR, A Just Russia, CPRF, Rodina, and smaller groups, face the standard 5% threshold in the party-list portion of the mixed electoral system. Earlier internal CPRF disputes delayed candidate registration but did not alter the overall field. Trader pricing reflects the consistent pattern of United Russia majorities in comparable Russian regional contests, with no recent polling or procedural shifts indicating a competitive challenge before voting begins.
