Recent August 2026 polling shows a stable but narrow contest for fourth place among the Christian Democrats, Centre Party, Greens, and Left Party, each hovering between roughly 6% and 7.5% while the Social Democrats, Sweden Democrats, and Moderates hold the top three spots. The centre-left opposition bloc maintains a modest lead over the governing Tidö alliance, though the gap has narrowed slightly in the latest surveys, keeping pressure on smaller parties' relative performance. With the September 13 election weeks away and no major late developments altering mid-tier trends, traders see limited separation likely until final turnout patterns or last-minute shifts among swing voters become clearer.
