Recent forecasts for Mexico City’s overnight minimum on September 14 center on 12–14 °C under continued wet-season conditions, with widespread cloud cover, high humidity near 85–95 %, and scattered showers or thunderstorms expected through the night. These factors limit radiative cooling at the city’s 2,240 m elevation, keeping lows above the September climatological average near 10 °C. Model consensus shows only modest overnight drops, producing the tight market spread between 13 °C, 14 °C, and 15 °C as traders weigh slight differences in cloud timing and local urban heat retention. Updated model runs from national and international agencies tonight will refine the exact minimum before resolution.
