Democratic incumbent Emily Randall holds a commanding position in Washington's 6th congressional district for the November 3 general election, following her decisive 60% finish in the August 4 top-two primary against Republican Teresa Fox. Forecasters rate the race Solid or Safe Democratic, consistent with the district's D+8 to D+10 partisan lean and Randall's prior victories. Strong Democratic fundraising, union support, and the absence of competitive Republican challengers reinforce trader consensus around a party hold. A late-breaking scandal, sharp national GOP wave, or unexpected turnout surge in Republican-leaning pockets could narrow margins, though structural and recent primary evidence indicate limited pathways for an upset.
