Recent forecasts from the Pakistan Meteorological Department and international models indicate partly cloudy conditions with a maximum near 32–33°C for Karachi on September 17, driving the tight clustering of market-implied odds around those values. A weakening low-pressure system tied to Bay of Bengal moisture has delivered light rain and thunderstorms through September 16, providing modest cooling via increased cloud cover and humidity before the target date. Sea-breeze moderation from the Arabian Sea and typical September climatology, with historical averages near 32°C, further support this range, though model spreads in wind patterns and localized heating introduce uncertainty that keeps probabilities distributed across 31–36°C outcomes.
