Recent polling aggregates show the Parti Conservateur du Québec holding steady near 14-16% support, with its strongest performance concentrated in the Quebec City region where it often leads or ties local competitors. This geographic clustering, combined with first-past-the-post dynamics and competition from the Parti Québécois and Coalition Avenir Québec in francophone ridings, creates high uncertainty over seat conversion efficiency. Projections from models such as 338Canada and others range from single digits to the mid-teens, reflecting sensitivity to small shifts in turnout or second preferences ahead of the October 5 vote. Upcoming leaders’ debates and final campaign weeks could further influence these outcomes.
