Current National Weather Service forecasts and supporting model consensus project sunny skies and light northerly winds over Seattle on September 17, favoring a daily high near 75°F as high pressure maintains clear conditions and allows typical late-summer diurnal warming. This aligns with the market’s leading 74-75°F bin at 50.5% implied probability, while the 24.5% chance assigned to 76-77°F accounts for minor upside potential from stronger insolation or slight model warming. Lower bins reflect residual uncertainty in boundary-layer mixing and exact peak timing. With resolution hinging on official observations, traders are weighting the stable synoptic pattern and absence of marine intrusions or cloud cover that could suppress temperatures below the mid-70s.
