SpaceX's planned June 12 Nasdaq debut under ticker SPCX, priced at $135 per share to raise a record $75 billion, drives the 90% market-implied probability that shares open above the IPO level. Strong institutional and retail demand, fueled by Starlink's revenue growth, reusable rocket milestones, and Elon Musk's dual public-company track record, has produced classic underpricing dynamics that historically deliver first-day pops averaging around 19%. Low initial float, anticipated index inclusion buying, and broad excitement for the space-economy leader further reinforce trader consensus, though last-minute roadshow feedback or broader market swings remain potential swing factors before trading begins.
