Flávio Bolsonaro's commanding 96.5% implied probability for first place in Roraima's first-round presidential vote stems from the state's conservative voter base and alignment with Liberal Party priorities on border security, illegal mining, and anti-incumbent sentiment along the Venezuela frontier. As the PL nominee and heir to the Bolsonaro movement, he benefits from established regional networks and national polling momentum showing him competitive or ahead in runoffs against Lula. Other candidates, including Lula at 1.6% and minor contenders below 0.5%, trail far behind due to weaker local organization. Late developments such as debate participation, vote consolidation among right-leaning options, or shifts in northern economic concerns could still narrow the gap before the October 4 election.
