**Forecast models and official guidance from Environment Canada point to a daytime high near 19°C under a mix of sun and cloud with easterly winds around 20 km/h, driving the tight clustering of market-implied odds between 17°C and 18°C.** Cloud cover and moderate onshore flow limit daytime warming by reducing insolation and advecting cooler air from the lake, while the urban heat island effect in downtown Toronto could nudge readings slightly higher than rural stations. Historical September 19 averages near 21°C provide context, but current synoptic conditions favor a cooler outcome. Traders appear focused on model consensus and any late-day updates from Environment Canada or NOAA that could refine the exact maximum before resolution.
