Persistent rain and southerly flow are capping Seattle's September 13 high temperature near the 60–65°F range, where market-implied odds cluster most tightly. Overcast skies and onshore winds from the Pacific limit daytime heating, while forecast models show only modest diurnal rises amid widespread precipitation totals exceeding half an inch. National Weather Service guidance and ensemble runs place the most likely maximum between 62–64°F, consistent with climatological norms for mid-September under similar marine-layer conditions. Traders appear to weigh the narrow spread between 62–63°F and 64–65°F outcomes against potential forecast revisions from updated model cycles or shifts in wind direction before resolution.
