Roraima's electorate has long delivered overwhelming support for Jair Bolsonaro's movement, with the former president securing more than 75 percent of the vote there in 2022. Recent polling in the state shows Flávio Bolsonaro, the Liberal Party nominee and son of the imprisoned ex-president, leading by margins exceeding 50 points over Lula, consistent with a June 2026 supplemental gubernatorial victory by a PL-backed candidate that Flávio publicly highlighted as a regional signal. Traders have priced this sustained local preference into the 96.5 percent consensus for Flávio taking first place in the October first round, reflecting the state's alignment on security, border issues tied to Venezuelan migration, and agricultural priorities. A split among right-leaning candidates or a sharp national polling reversal could narrow the gap, though such shifts have yet to register in state-level data.
