Paul St-Pierre Plamondon leads the market at 72% because the Parti Québécois has held a consistent polling advantage ahead of the October 5, 2026, provincial election, with recent surveys placing the party near 30% support. Incumbent Coalition Avenir Québec Premier Christine Fréchette trails at 15% amid the party's decline from prior highs, despite her April 2026 leadership win and swearing-in. Liberal leader Charles Milliard sits at 10.5% as the main challenger following his February acclamation, though he lacks a National Assembly seat. Trader consensus reflects the Parti Québécois's stronger positioning in vote intention data and path to forming government, while other candidates remain marginal.
