United Russia maintains a commanding lead in the Tyumen Oblast Duma election market due to its established regional dominance, extensive candidate registration across single-mandate districts and the party-list component, and substantial campaign financing ahead of the September 18-20 vote. The party secured first position on the ballot through lottery and fields dozens of incumbents alongside new nominees following internal primaries, while opposition groups such as LDPR, CPRF, A Just Russia, Communists of Russia, New People, and the Party of Pensioners operate with far smaller resources and limited prior seat totals. Trader consensus reflects these structural advantages in Russia's mixed electoral system. Late shifts in turnout patterns across Tyumen, Khanty-Mansi, and Yamal-Nenets districts or unexpected voter mobilization could still alter final seat distribution.
