**Trader consensus on the Buenos Aires highest-temperature market for September 8 centers on 17–19°C, with 18°C holding the strongest implied probability at 52.5%.** This positioning reflects current forecast consensus from multiple models showing a high near 14–17°C under stable high-pressure conditions (around 1020 hPa) and northerly flow. Clear to mostly clear skies are expected to allow sufficient solar heating during the afternoon peak, while moderate northerly winds (roughly 5–8 m/s) advect milder air without significant mixing or cloud build-up. Recent observations show cooler conditions on September 6–7 (daily maxima 11–13°C), but the pattern is shifting as high pressure builds and winds turn northerly, supporting a modest warming trend typical for early spring in the region. Historical September averages for Buenos Aires highs sit near 18–19°C, providing context for why markets favor outcomes slightly above the immediate forecast guidance. Model runs remain broadly aligned with low precipitation risk and limited variability, though minor adjustments in cloud cover or wind timing could influence the exact peak. No major synoptic changes are anticipated before resolution.
