Forecast models from the National Weather Service and private sources indicate Seattle's September 10 high will likely reach 68–69°F under increasing onshore flow and marine-layer clouds, with a modest chance of light drizzle that limits daytime warming. This represents a cooldown from the 75–76°F readings observed on September 8–9, when clearer skies and lighter northerly winds allowed stronger insolation. The pattern aligns with early-autumn climatology, where Puget Sound's maritime influence typically caps highs near or slightly below the 72°F seasonal average. Trader positioning around the 68–69°F and 70–71°F bins reflects consensus on these model outputs and the low probability of significant deviation before resolution.
